It’s The Fashion Journey That Counts

Sankalpa of Fashion Pastiche shared a Zipcar with me for a trek to Tyson’s Corner this weekend. We checked out All Access Fashion 2012 at Tyson’s Galleria. The “Galleria” part of that name is rather important— we first fought crowds to find parking in the other Tyson’s mall, only to discover we were in the wrong place. We never did find the CapFABB Blogger Booth at AAF12. But we did sit front row at the Anne Fontaine show, and enjoyed complimentary Diet Pepsi and salted caramel macarons at various shops around the mall. I even tried on a Nicole Miller gown that’s one of the two I’ve rented for an Oct. 13th gala. Spoiler alert- it’s red and it’s gorgeous.
